The process of new business submission
➥ Firstly, we need to gather information and personal details of the new customers for the process of filling up the proposal form such as Full name as in NRIC, copy of NRIC, Occupation details, Bank account details, and signature.
➥ Then, make sure that the customer fully understands about the policy requirement and the payment mode has been confirmed.
➥ A document of the acknowledgment form and tax information form attached together with proposal form if the customer are working overseas.

The process of Reinstatement of a policy
➥ Reinstatement is one of the commonly done processes where a policy that has lapsed (due to inadequate units of required charges) may be reinstated within 24 months from the date of termination.
➥ Once filling up details of a customer in the reinstatement form, it needed to be submitted with the premium payment to the counter of customer service at Level 1 of Tokio Marine building.

The process of new claims submission & query settlement
➥ When a claim is about to be submitted, it needs to be submitted with the claim form which is fully completed with bank account details, policy number, and policy owner name.
➥ A query is a document that stated the problem that the policy has and needs to be submitted with necessary documents according to the type of query. For instance, if the query is about the proposal form, if encountered lack of details of customers, it needed to be submitted with documents that fulfill the lack of information.

➥ Made some changes to the agency office such as did stickers with the name of life advisors to be stuck in their own lockers.
➥ Beautified the notification board by changing its background wallpaper.
