FINDINGS
During the 20 weeks of industrial training at Kana Agency Tokio Marine, I've learned a lot of new knowledge. With the implementation of industrial training, students get to know the real working environment. This helps students to instill certain qualities such as leadership and responsibility towards tasks.
Moreover, students also able to adapt themselves to how to handle the stress of the working environment. Besides, this also can help the students to let them sort out the problems they encounter while working which is very important when they go for the real working environment instead of getting stress over it.
SUGGESTIONS
➽ Suggestion/ recommendations for the FIRM
➯ The company or firm should focus on student issues during the Industrial Training (LI) sessions. As students are still new in the pre-employment nature, guide and guidance from firm observation are indispensable. If this action is not feasible, then the students consider the company's management not concerned with the work they have done.
➯ The company can also provide any kind of rewards to the students to appreciate their works or tasks. With the rewards or the effective guidance from the firm itself can inspire the spirit of the student and can also attract them to the field.
➽ Suggestion/ recommendations for the Polytechnic
➯ Implement the English Language while lecture time in class. Everyone is aware of the importance of this language as most of the business deals are carried out in the English language. Hence, Polytechnic must take initiative to make the English language as a primary language to communicate with students.
